Please note: You must have at least a $2.00 balance on your Total Call phone in order to apply the Nights & Weekends add-on to your phone. You must also maintain a positive balance on your regular airtime minutes in order to use the Unlimited Nights & Weekends minutes on your plan. The Total Call Mobile Nights & Weekends add-on DOES NOT include any regular day airtime minutes.

Unlimited NIGHTS & WEEKENDS. Nights begin at 9PM and end at 7AM. Weekends start at 9PM on Friday night and end 7AM Monday morning.

This card, which activated the Unlimited Nights and Weekends Plan (the "Plan"), is for personal use only. If Total Call Mobile ("TCM") determines that you are using the Plan abusively, for commercial purposes, or for any fraudulent/illegal activity, TCM may, in this discretion, deactivate the Plan and/or your handset. To activate the Plan, the PIN on this Card must be entered into the TCM prepaid refill system. Activating the Card on your TCM handset entitles you to 15 consecutive days of unlimited Plan minutes, subject to the terms set forth herein. The plan applies to calls initiated between 9PM and 7AM, Monday through Thursday, and between 9PM Friday and 7AM Monday. Plan minutes are valid only for domestic calls made within the contiguous United States. During the Plan, calls made to international destinations will not be charged for airtime but will be charged at standard international rates. If your account falls below a $2 balance, the Plan will not apply and you will be billed for all calls at the standard rates until your account is brought above a $2 balance. Whether or not your balance falls below a $2 balance at anytime during your 15 day Plan period, your Plan expires 15 days after your activation of the Plan. All rates and fees are subject to change without notice, except where prohibited by law. FCC mandated charges may be applicable. You are responsible for any unauthorized loss, use or theft of this card. NO refunds for lost or stolen cards will be provided. This Card has no surrender value. TCM may deactivated this Card if it reasonably suspects fraud or theft in connection with this Card. TCM's liability is limited to claims for direct damages in an amount not to exceed the value of the Card.
