Also, Hutchison operates CDMA infrastructures in Indonesia and Thailand. The communications company owns the brand names Hutch, 3, and Vietnamobile. In Sri Lanka, Hutch is one of the first mobile networks to deploy 3G networks, allowing mobile users to engage in seamless video calls and browse the internet at much faster speeds. And because Hutch primarily focuses on its prepaid platform, mobile users enjoy the network’s services without the need to sign-up for annual contracts or pay for monthly bills.

PlanThe Per Minute Plan delivers more affordable per-minute calling rates of Rs1 for on- net calls and Rs2 for off-net calls. SMS rate remains at 25 cents per text message. One may send the keyword “PM” to 5511 to subscribe to this prepaid package. With Hutch, incoming calls are free of charge. The prices quoted above are exclusive of applicable taxes.
