For calls made to numbers in Guadeloupe and the Northern islands, each minute of airtime costs €0.38, while each minute of mobile calls to Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, and Guyana costs €0.32. Meanwhile, calls to Haiti cost a local rate of only €.03 per minute. As for Digicel’s short messaging and multimedia messaging service, each SMS and each MMS cost €0.10 and €0.35, respectively.
