Claro Prepaid Plans
Mobile users who wish to subscribe to Claro’s prepaid service may purchase a starter SIM pack from any Claro store. From the date of the SIM card activation, one receives free 1,200 local text messages per year in partial monthly allocation of 100 SMS. Also, the first recharge of at least (córdoba) C$50 for the month will be doubled.
For customers who make calls more frequently to regularly contacted numbers, Claro allows the registration of up to 10 mobile numbers for airtime calls at just half the original per-minute rate.
For detailed information about Claro’s prepaid tariffs, subscribers may call *810 from their mobile phone. The hotline specifically caters to mobile users who inquire about Claro’s rechargeable plans and promotions.
Claro Prepaid Refills
To replenish airtime minutes, mobile users may purchase Claro prepaid recharge cards from Claro stores, authorized dealers, and retail outlets located across Nicaragua. One may also buy Claro prepaid refill top-ups from major banks or through ATMs in major areas in the country.
For international top-up options, Babblebug.net offers Claro prepaid load denominations ranging from US$5 to US$70. Once purchased, the Claro prepaid refill will be converted to Nicaragua’s currency.
