Cellcom is a telecommunications company that provides GSM coverage in the small West African country of Liberia. Five years since its inception, Cellcom has acquired a large bulk of the Liberian communications market. The wireless network is also heralded as one of the largest internet service providers in the country. In Liberia, Cellcom competes with LiberCell, Lonestar Cell, and Comium in providing mobile coverage to 45% of the country’s entire population.

Although the network’s website offers little information about its current plans and promotions, subscribers may call 111 from any Cellcom mobile phone to know more about the network’s current prepaid tariffs and promotions.
